I\u2019m going to get really real here: I\u2019d prefer you emailed me, rather than called, to set up an appointment. In your email, tell me the following:<\/p>\n

  1. What you want to work on in therapy<\/li>\n
  2. What days\/times tend to work for you<\/li>\n
  3. What kind of insurance you have.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    And yes<\/em>, it\u2019s okay if you call instead, but lemme tell you \u2026 email is where it\u2019s at.<\/p>\n
