My office is generally open between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, Tuesday-Friday.
Making an appointment
I’m going to get really real here: I’d prefer you emailed me, rather than called, to set up an appointment. In your email, tell me the following:
- What you want to work on in therapy
- What days/times tend to work for you
- What kind of insurance you have.
And yes, it’s okay if you call instead, but lemme tell you … email is where it’s at.

My office, located within The Lincoln Wellness Collective, is located at 3201 Pioneers Blvd, Suite 218. When you arrive, have a seat and I will come out to get you at your appointment time. (There’s no need to check in with anyone.)
